The Farmers Weekly Awards provides a great opportunity to showcase achievements and innovation.

The Farmers Weekly Awards have become a symbol of the innovation and commitment of British farmers.  Now in their eighth year, the Awards have recognised nearly 300 finalists and winners for their achievements, innovation and hard work.

The Awards aim to showcase the best farmers in the country.  and by telling their stories Farmers Weekly can spread best practice, inspire other and influence the public about the role that farmers play in today's society.

There is a category to represent all farming sectors - from dairy to diversification and contractor to countryside.  All entrants have to do is complete an online entry form and confirm their achievements in five key areas.  The closing date is April 30th, when a shortlist of three entrants per castegory will be selected for a farm visit in the summer by an independent judging panel.
