Frome Show brings further Interbreed Successes.

Saturday 12th September saw the arrival of summer, and over 200 sheep exhibits gathered at the West Woodlands Showground for the 2009 Frome Show.  The Suffolk classes were judged by Robin Irwin from Kings Nympton, who choose the ewe lamb (AXP:L12) by Meikleson Impression bred & shown by Brian & Margaret Dyer as his champion.  His judgement was proved to be sound, as later in the day a panel of judges went on to declare her Interbreed Champion.  Brian & Margaret also took the Interbreed Group Championship.  Congratulations also to Megan Down, who travelled up from Cornwall to assist Victoria Tayler with her Suffolk entries, she then went on to take 1st prize in the Young Handler class for those aged 16 or under.
