After a busy and exiting year its always good to come back round to the area flock competition and have a good look at how were all progressing.

After a busy and exiting year it’s always good to come back round to the area flock competition and have a good look at how we’re all progressing. It’s fair to say that this year has been one of the strongest for the Suffolks in quite a while with a fantastic set of sales and a high amount of interest from many other areas. This year’s flock competition was kindly judged by David Rossiter from Devon for which all our thanks go to him and Simon Cobden for organising the event, with Diana Lindon winning overall champion flock and best flock of ewes.  The AGM was held at the Devils Punchbowl hotel which included the prize giving for the flock competition, many congratulations go to Diana who won the majority of this year’s trophies and were kindly presented by David Rossiter who joined us for the afternoon.
